As someone that has lived in the Catskills for decades, I not only love it here, but I work here, play here, and have many rental properties and even RVs dedicated to those that love the Catskills. So what does this mean for you? Not only can you vacation in the Catskills through my business, but you can also buy a house.

For instance; Let's say you like to move to the Catskills but have no idea where to go. You can rent one of my vacation rental properties either through AirBnB or VRBO in Jefferson New York. This is a great location that allows you to travel all over the Catskills each day checking out all of the nuances, cute little towns, and darling hamlets that we have around here. Start by grabbing a coffee or latte at the Log Cabin Café and general store in Purling or at the Higher Ground Coffee Company in Windham. For lunch, grab a burger at Mama's Boy Burgers in Tannersville or a slice of pizza at the unique Woodstock Pizza Theater in Woodstock.

For dinner, you have to try one of the many restaurants right in Catskill such as the New York Restaurant, Barnwood Restaurant, La Conca D'oro or Piccolo Dal Torrente. Each of these has unique dishes, all price ranges, and fabulous food right in the heart of the Catskills.

This unique setup gives all new residents the opportunity to tour and explore the Catskills, enjoy everything that we have to offer, browse around the different cities and towns, and really find out where you belong. Whether it's exploring the history of our villages, going bowling at Hoebowl or hiking over 300 miles of trails throughout the Catskill Mountains, you can explore without risking buying where you don't actually want to live just yet.

If renting a central location seems to tied it down for you, perhaps renting a motorhome or RV is the best option. We have several RVs to choose from as long as they are rented and taken out of town. They cannot stay in the town in which you rent. But heck, that's exactly why you're renting an RV; travel the Catskills.
