Don't miss out on the trek to Sky Top Tower, where from the top you can see six states on a clear day. Getting to the top of the tower does require scrambling and squeezing your way up through rocks. If you don't have a car to get to the trailheads, we recommend hiking the 6-mile River-to-Ridge Trail from New Paltz.
